  • We can’t answer that accurately without seeing the full home on a free in-home consult, but to give you an estimate you can receive a free value HERE.

  • This all depends on who the realtor is and the contract you agree upon. For Luci Real Estate, we charge 3% in the help of purchasing your home. This fee is only charged at closing day if you decide to purchase and is rarely paid out of pocket. Feel free to contact me with specific questions on anything related to the home buying process.

  • With other real estate agents, this could range from 2-3% of the sale price. With myself and Gray Fox Realty, we offer a flat fee + full service listing structure. Depending on the square footage of your home, you would pay anywhere from $995 to $4995. On average, we save our clients over $10,000 in equity, while still receiving the same full service expected of real estate professionals.   • The first step would be to contact a lender in order to get pre-approved. The best route to take is to find a local agent who will be able to refer you to trusted lenders in the area. We have had exceptional experiences working with CMG Financial. There are no fees to get the process started and receive your pre-approval! Only at closing day when on your purchase.

  • Honest answer? No. However, the ease of having a trusted and experienced Real Estate Agent in your corner who knows the market, can coordinate showings to see/show houses, understands real estate legal documents and the process of buying/selling a home, can make a world of a difference.

  • Conventional loans typically require a 20% down payment, but there are other options such as FHA, VA, etc. that require anywhere from 0%-3.5% down. This varies greatly depending on the situation, and since our expertise is in real estate, we always recommend talking with a lender to get exact information on the financial side. CMG Financial is our local and trusted lender, and they can answer any questions you have, free of charge.

  • This is where having an experienced real estate agent comes in to play. Long story short - the close of your current home and the purchase of your next home will happen on the same day. Our in-house transaction coordinator ensures everything runs smoothly, and I work to make sure we are finding you a home that honors your timeframe.

  • This all depends on your unique situation. We tailor your real estate plan to your timeframe. In general though, the process takes around 30 days for both selling and purchasing - this is from offer acceptance to closing. This is not a guarantee and is dependent on numerous factors.
